    • 1/2 cup hazelnuts
    • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 100 mL honey
    • 60 mL extra virgin olive oil
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract
