    • 1/2 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice
    • 2 cups of salt
    • 2 cups brown sugar
    • 2 cups apple cider vinegar
    • Peel of 2-3 oranges
    • 1 yellow onion, chopped into wedges
    • 1-2 tablespoons of black peppercorns
    • 2 teaspoons of whole all spice
    • 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
    • 3 bay leaves
    • 3-5 large cloves of garlic, smashed
    • 1 small bunch of fresh sage, 4-6 sprigs
    • 1 small bunch of fresh thyme, 8-12 sprigs
    • 1 small bunch of fresh rosemary, 4-6 sprigs
    • 1 gallon of warm water
